Account Deletion
Request deletion of your Meet N Play account and associated account data.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Meet N Play account, email support@meetnplay.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
Please include:
- Your registered mobile number or email address.
- Your full name or profile name.
- A short confirmation that you want your Meet N Play account deleted.
Verification
We may ask for additional verification before processing the request to protect your account from unauthorized deletion. Please send the request from your registered email address where possible.
What is deleted or anonymized
After verification, we will delete, disable, or anonymize account data where operationally and legally possible, including:
- Account profile information such as name, email address, mobile number, profile photo, and Firebase notification token.
- Public profile details that identify your account in app features.
- Access tokens and login sessions associated with your account.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, dispute, booking, payment, abuse-prevention, audit, or backup purposes. This can include historical records related to teams, events, venues, academies, invitations, bookings, notifications, messages, logs, or support activity.
Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 7 to 30 days. Backup copies and logs may take longer to expire according to our retention schedule.
Before you request deletion
Deleting your account may remove access to your profile, teams, events, venues, academies, sport circles, chat, notifications, and other Meet N Play features. This action may not be reversible.
